2.1 Registration Eligibility

2.3 Account Security

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the pko99 support team immediately.
• The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account. pko99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party use.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 4).
• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used to make the deposit.
• pko99 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳6,000 and the bonus will be ৳5,000 due to the maximum limit, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from bonus funds, a 25x wager on the bonus amount must be completed. The wager is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Only the original deposit portion is withdrawable before wagering is completed.
• If wagering is not completed within the set timeframe, the bonus may be cancelled.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer comes with specific eligibility criteria, time limits, and game restrictions.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud will result in immediate closure of the accounts involved.
• pko99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits

pko99's VIP program has four tiers. Based on your activity, you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tiers and cashback benefits may change at pko99's discretion. Cashback is also subject to the same terms and conditions as bonuses.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus fraud, arbitrage betting, or collusion.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Harassing or intimidating other members or pko99 staff.
• Exploiting technical errors in the pko99 system.

7.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or via live dealers. pko99 and its staff do not interfere with any game outcome. In the event of a dispute over a game result, pko99's decision will be considered final, though all complaints will be reviewed properly.

7.2 Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled unless a technical error on the part of the game provider is confirmed.
• In sports betting, in-play bet rules after a match has started are governed by the rules of the relevant sports section.
• pko99 reserves the right to reject any bet for any reason.
